We charge $220 (incl. GST) because we check the plumbing, the subfloor and the waterproofing before we commit to a figure. That is the only way the price we put in writing is one we can stand behind.
The $220 on-site consultation (incl. GST) comes off the total if you go ahead with PrimeBuild Solutions.
Payment and cancellation
The $220 (incl. GST) is paid when you book your consultation. Non-refundable if you cancel or aren't home for the appointment. If PrimeBuild needs to reschedule, we'll move it or refund it.

New pipework and wiring by licensed trades.

Floor-to-ceiling tiling, built-in niches, walk-in showers with linear drains.
Fit-off and finishing
Vanity, screen, tapware, toilet and mirror in, and the room handed back ready to use.
